magnetic book of poetry

if I get one more book of magnetic poetry for hannukah,
I think I may quit this racket.

What am I supposed to do with a word like "tendril"?
I’ve never heard of it in my life,
and frankly I probably should look it up.

"a thread-like, clinging part of a climbing plant"

what?
that’s one of the 75 words I get?

I dont even know how to use that in a sentence,
let alone a poem.

Has anyone seen poetry of any thought,
located in magnetic strips on someone’s fridge?

when I see the random lines,
they usually have to do with sex,
like, "smell her pink blossum stagger bouquet liquid,
through the secret crack in my tongue" or something.

I am going to stick to paper and its half a million words
magnetizing readers to the sounds of 75 syllables
and the slight tendril of possibility.
